I was sitting on my couch a few days back and thinking what to do, and suddenly got a call from a friend. We started talking and laughing randomly on our stories and then I asked her I am planning to cook something, what should I cook? She said she like coffee, chocolate, milk. Now if you mix all this together, you’ll have mocha coffee. And I thought let’s change the look and feel of this coffee, instead of drinking this, let’s eat this.
Other problem was that pannacotta has only one texture, so I made a coffee jelly which adds a different layer and texture and to add a bit more crunch I added oreo crumbs. Now this sounds like a great dessert that can be served post dinner or whenever you want.
